It is history, the scent of the past, and the spirits of the ancestors. Beads of sweat and drops of precious blood mixed with its waters. This is what makes our program a response to a buried love engraved in the conscience. We all love the sea, and we must learn and teach. How do children translate feelings of love towards our marine environment into positive behavior that we become accustomed to, ensuring that our work is sustainable, that our beaches remain beautiful and clean, and that the wildlife in our bay remains diverse and thriving?\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Where the public is introduced to the sea, and our duties towards the Gulf that embraces the Qatari Peninsula are defined,  through many activities, including field trips, seminars, holding marine heritage festivals and marine sports, offering competitions and participating in relevant exhibitions, in all forms that suit the participants\u2019 abilities, hobbies, inclinations and talents. And working to spread the culture of preserving the marine environment through print, audio and visual media, and through direct contact and browsing the program\u2019s website, social networking sites, and international websites interested in the seas and beaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Starting from our connection to the sea as a source of livelihood in the past, present and future, and supporting positive behavior towards the sea, we prevent the harm that befalls it, instill hope in enjoying clean beaches, and contribute to raising generations more aware of sea issues, with the aim of achieving sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Message<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Contributing to the protection and development of our beaches, while preserving coastal and marine wildlife, through awareness programs that teach children how to protect their bay to ensure enjoyment of it, and spread a culture of respect for nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong>Preserving, developing and protecting coastal plants and marine organisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Promoting positive behavior towards beaches, and preparing a generation that understands the value of the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.<\/strong> Organizing awareness campaigns about the marine environment and wildlife (shore &#8211;
